By accessing or using the adla mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and zero build labs, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").
You must be at least 18 years of age to use adla. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, you are prohibited from using the App. We reserve the right to terminate any account we reasonably believe belongs to a user under 18.
To use adla, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
adla allows users to send messages, create profiles, and post content within the App ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant zero build labs, LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, display, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the App.
You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent and warrant that your User Content does not violate any applicable law or these Terms.

We reserve the right to remove any content and terminate any account that violates these prohibitions, at our sole discretion.
adla uses your device's location to provide hyperlocal chat features. By enabling location services, you consent to the collection and use of your location data as described in our Privacy Policy. You may disable location access at any time through your device settings, though doing so may limit certain features of the App.
You may delete your account at any time from within the App's settings. Upon deletion, your profile and personal data will be removed. Messages you have sent in shared chat rooms may be anonymized rather than deleted, as they form part of other users' conversations. Private messages will be permanently deleted. Data deletion is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. ZERO BUILD LABS, LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOUR USE OF THE APP IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZERO BUILD LABS, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless zero build labs, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the App, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United States.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the Effective Date at the top of this document or through in-app notification. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
